The franchise should look for a Captain, assuming someone earns it. Captain by committee is ok to start the season, but a team needs a leader

If there's one guy on this team other than Bedard who would be a terrific captain for the Blackhawks, it's Connor Murphy. Been here the longest through the tough times, always says all the right things in the media, is a pro on and off the ice, plays hard every night and will always stick up for teammates
