I am so excited for this coming season! Just like last pre-season, when almost every prediction had Buffalo either last or next-to-last in the Atlantic Division, I love watching the same predictors saying that Buffalo 'might' make the playoffs, but weren't sure. The only thing that will stop the Sabres from getting to the playoffs this season will be the injury bug. The offense is ready to explode, the defense has vastly improved, and while the goaltending might be slightly suspect, thinking about how Tom Barrasso came straight out of U.S. high school hockey in 1983 to become their #1 goalie at age 18 makes me think that Levi has the same potential. Plus, the emotional push to 'Win This One For R.J.!' will be an extra incentive for the players! GO SABRES GO!
Alex Tuch is coming captain mtrl, but so is also Thompson, Cozen and Dahlin. Let's the season start with this team. No 15 games slump this year
I cannot remember the last time Buffalo had a guy on their team with as good a personality as they have in Alex Tuch. The dude just eats, sleeps, and breathes Buffalo.
