I hate that removing you own helmet is now an extra 2 mins. Such bullshit. I get they did it for safety to reduce the head to ice concussions, but really, hitting your hand on hard plastic hurt more, especially when you cut it on a vent. Players are now aware of hitting your head on the ice and some even hold up opponent's heads when they fall. But really, this is just a part of the sport. Knock off the babysitting and let them fight.
