The Utica Comets Are AMAZING – Sven Baertschi, Nikolay Goldobin, Reid Boucher, Kole Lind DOMINATING

The Vancouver Canucks AHL affiliate farm team in Utica has been amazing so far throughout the season. The Utica Comets are currently undefeated, and hold the highest point producer, goal scorer, and assist maker in the AHL. Reid Boucher, Nikolay Goldobin, Sven Baertschi, Kole Lind, Zack MacEwan, Justin Bailey, Olli Juolevi, Zane McIntyre, and Michael DiPietro have all been outstanding so far.

  1. goldobin is gonna feed boucher's goal totals
think he can score 40 this season

  2. It would've been really easy for guys like Goldobin and Baertschi to just not care, really glad they've decided to keep a positive attitude.

  3. if Sven Baertschi is healthy, he's a 37 – 45 point NHL calibre, 2nd line winger….. not surprised at all that he's rippin it up in the A.

now.. imagine if the Comets had even a fringle NHL calibre centerman… even more goals…

  4. I would love to see Sven, gaud, goldy as a 3rd line but there is no chance for that. Green wants a more defensive 3rd line i guess. There is so many forwards doing good right now. If Sven is going all in he should be given a chance up there with bo and tanner really soon. What will Jim do with all the forwards?

  5. The answer to why Baertschi and Goldobin are in the AHL is because of mismanagement pure and simple. Those guys have nothing to prove at the AHL and they are legitimate NHLers. The guys who spent cap space acquiring ageing NHL players are to blame. Those boys have a great future ahead of them. Its common sense to see that.

  6. I've attended all of the Comets games and they are phenomenal. The electricity in the Aud is out of this world. Calder Cup this year , I hope so.
