Chris Kreider catching a yellow cab rolling down 5th Ave. When he mentioned the Red Line Trains 2& the 3 It brought me back to the good old days. Those red train cars 2,3,4,5,1 & 6 ran on the IRT line throughout the 1970's until they were decommissioned around 1999. The Train cars where called Red Birds and after they were taken out of service they had them transported to Virginia and sank them in the waters off of the Carolina's where they have been converted into off shore fishing wreaks and coral reefs.
