You brought up most of Zuggs talents,
Passing skating etc Zuggs biggest
Talent is his tenacity to win puck battles
The last two months of the season
He was no where to be found, he looked lost out there, not only was he losing puck battles he was not position to win puck battles, that's what happens when you lose a step, which he clearly has,
Great players adjust there game to keep playing ! But at 36 I just don't see it happening, I hope I'm wrong but????
Billy has eluded too the kids are gonna get there chance this year, most notably
Rossi Walker and Beckman
So will see Zuggs has had a great career
But it might be time for him to hang up his skates.

I had "the crud" a few weeks ago. Took about a week to feel 100%. I suggest you DO NOT get tested for the 2020-2022 nonsense that was, as we do not want to fuel that moronic fire again.
Zucc was solid for 3/4 of the season and as expected was a ghost the final 1/4 without Kirill.
I like Zucc. If he takes an extreme hometown discount I'd like him back, otherwise buh-bye. Keep in mind 35+ year old players get an automatic NMC on a new contract.
If with Kirill in 2023, 60-70 points if healthy.

You read off the numbers and it’s obvious, he’s a hell of a player. Pure passer, great hands and a great winger for 97. My concerns are the same as always with the Wild, can they ever hit playoff hockey healthy? The chemistry never jelled after 36/97 were hurt late season. I agree with you, I’ll take the over on his point production. Again, couple of variables – can Rossi or someone else jump in and produce NEW production. Two, as mentioned, health….

He played with an injury for the last couple of months last season, that's why he was out for a week before the playoffs to rest. I know he'll be looking for a new contract, and I think he wants two years. He's settled down here, doesn't want to move his family around. But there are rumors that he's a trade target for the Rangers, so we'll see. I'm pretty sure that Guerin wants to keep him. Btw…Zuccy played great in his All Star game about a month ago, with Ek and Fiala on his line.
Zuccarello is toast. Should have been moved in the off-season.
