A versatile & speedy member of the Sherwood Park Crusaders, Jaron is enjoying his rookie season with “The Cru” as a truly exciting hockey prospect. Fast, elusive and tenacious, Jaron brings attributes that very few forwards possess. His ability to have the puck on a string and constantly find ways to win battles has impressed at every level, and the Crusaders are utilizing these tools to deploy him as a do-it-all Swiss army knife. A 91% core average student, Jaron has his eyes set on the NCAA ranks and is earning more of an opportunity by the day with his mindset, relentless work ethic and team-first approach.
He has already begun the 2021-22 season with a bang in the AJHL, and it’s to nobody’s surprise. After posting 37 points in 32 games during U16 AAA, Jaron capped off a disrupted U18 AAA season with nearly a point per game as well. Now entering the AJHL, he’s still finding ways to outcompete and outwill his opponents to score, create opportunities and support his linemates every single shift. This young man’s character is second to none and his star is only going to shine brighter as the season plays out!
