You guys forgot Demko was injured from the start of the season last year! He's easily a top 5 NHL goaltender!!
Silovs is not too far behind…
Allvin better have Silovs as backup because Martin sucks!
Martin should be backup in the AHL as Nikita Tolopilo is also better than Spencer.
The game Demko got injured, I saw it in his eyes. I thought, this guy has the look of exhaustion and is going to catch an injury. Then it happened. He needs a Team that will clear the crease and block up the passing lanes. He is elite when he can see the puck and isn't needing to make desperation saves night over night. He can take 50 easy shots or 15 high danger, not both.
Silov is ready but they will go with Spenser Martin.
at first i thought kyle's voice was an act, and as such it was off-putting. but when i realized it's the actual sitch then it just feeds the man 's persona. as far as canucks podcasts go, this one is the most stylized in delivery, and it works.
Demko is far better than Sorokin or Saros ! Demko is a psychology major, and doesn't ever get rattled. He is also one of the most technically sound goalies in the NHL. His athleticism is elite as well.

Under Travis he was amazing
