I know this is one of those BS sites….like Editor in Queef…. but what’s your take on Tre targeting Noah Hanifin?
(and stop with the lame responses…”Hanifin wants to play for a US market”…. Toronto is the big leagues of hockey like no other market!!!!…. and he would be lucky to wear the Maple Leaf crest…. just like the greatest American born player who just signed is lucky to wear it).
Also does this mean there is a Nylander trade coming?
and do the Leafs need to get something like a Center/Forward along with Hanifin to make it work?

I don’t like Editor in Leaf but at least they’re just an opinion website, even if most of said opinions are outlandishly contrarian just for the sake of it. These clickbait Facebook sites are a whole other level of terrible, even worse than Editor in Leaf et al

Eliot Friedman and Chris Johnston have already reported that Calgary will not be making trades with their former GM.
Hanifin would instantly become our best D. He has elite “advanced stats” ala Muzzin. For a team already at the cap I’m not sure how it’s possible though. I’d move Klingberg or Brodie for him, but obviously Calgary would want more. Not much cap anywhere else…
