I think its mostly spot on, maybe cap and draft/develop go up half a mark

It’s definitely biased towards having the worst year in franchise history + not looking like a playoff team this year.

Agree with most of the Fan Base ones, tbh.
I think Trading was probably a bit harsh given that he had to be the one to jettison Lindholm, Rakell, Manson and Deslauriers because of his commitment to a full rebuild, and Klingberg tanked his own value by dogging it until his last 9 games with us:
Last 9 GP: 2G + 7A = 9Pts / +0
First 41 GP: 6G + 9A = 15Pts / -28

Roster Building – B-
Cap management – B-
Draft and Development – A
Trading – D
Free Agency – C+
Vision – A-
Most of the ratings are alright but I think vision only being C+ is silly, Verbeek to me has a very clear vision and one that I am a fan of
