Matt Murray has been terrible and chronically hurt since winning the cup. More over I don’t think he has the mental toughness it takes. It’s Woll 4:22 all the way. But let’s be real, goaltending is the least of their problems. If the guys in front of him don’t play their asses off, Carey price couldn’t save them.

Woll should start, but I’d put Murray in. If he runs on a heater then they have a chance. If he fails you can comfortably dump both goalies and Dubas then trade Matthews before the 1st without any blowback. Drafting goalies needs to be the top priority and correcting the cap issue with the big four.
God I love how much the Toronto headquartered studios like TSN obsess over The Leafs. They're Bums, they always were and they always will be. Nothing anyone does will ever change that.

Without question Woll. I am so tired of the Leafs continuing to trade for goalies late in their career and expecting some kind of resurgence. Murray is near the end ind is the most recurring injury prone goalie out there. Having said all that the Leafs win continue to make bad decisions . I am 76 ,have seen the Leafs win four Cups. Based on the strength of the league I don’t see the Leafs coming anyway near winning a Cup the rest of my lifetime.
