He should be motivated by a contract year. But he will have to earn his opportunity up in the top-6. Svechnikov, Necas, Jarvis, Bunting and Teravainen is 5 wingers for 4 spots. And that is without trading for another top-6 forward.

Contract year, he absolutely will. The stars are aligning for a big run this year, would have been last year if not for what happened with Patches and *especially* Svech.

I saw a comment a while back that said we end up getting another top sixer Turbo and whoever gets shifted down, say Jarvis, would be a pretty big change to third line dynamics.
I mean it would be cool to see a third line of that caliber.

Really feels like he’s had the worst luck possible these last couple years. A 60-65 point season from Teuvo would be huge
