The bruins rookie got handled by big Willy. Yet, the L goes to Ovi IMHO. He fights one person in the last decade – a skinny 19 year old skill player and rookie. Then Ovi refuses to fight this rookie on the Bruins. There's no more "it would be dumb for ovi to fight when down one goal in the third" excuse like at the end of the last game. There's no "Ovi would destroy this kid with one punch" because he let the tougher guy, Wilson, take the fight. Ovi will drop the gloves against a skinny skill player and rookie that's never been in a fight before but will refuse a fight against this Bruins rookie in favour of spearing him? He's a coward since he got off the juice.
Frederic is just that kid you want on your team obviously he has to build some NHL strength if he wants to be a fighter like this but gotta respect how game he is win lose or draw kid doesn't back down and after getting a bunch of lefts he's just smiling and willing to go love this kid
I hate the Bruins and this refereeing pisses me off. First Ovi commits an easy spearing major and gets 2 minutes the other night now this bullshit. How on earth is that instigating? Guess it doesn’t matter because the caps got killed anyway. Pretty unfortunate because I have Vanecek in fantasy lol

Wilson is having a hearing with Dep of Player Safety via zoom, which they only do for suspensions of more than 5 games. So odds are Wilson will miss at least 6 games. Should be 20 considering he’s been head hunting since he entered the league, but they’ll probably go easy on him. I say 10 games.
Is there anything more frustrating than a hockey fight? They need tearaway jerseys and a rule that helmets have to come off. The posers would stop faking it and real fighting would occur rather than these jersey tussles.
I can't think of any announcers in the league I find more bias or irrational in their assessments of the games they are working then the Bruins tandem.
Sportsnet, Joe B & Locker’s Capitals commentary is infinitely less bias than these black and yellow sunglasses viewership. Either it’s an Anti-Tom Wilson or Anti-Against the most physically intimidating team in hockey narrative that debunks Leaf & Oiler fan lovers but the Caps are the true # 1 Cup worthy team in the game. No team can match their 5 star rating in skill, strength and physicality.
I get what wilson did was bad with the hit and all but the announcer getting mad at the call there is dumb cause Fredrick sat there cross checking him for like ten seconds and wilson had already fought tinordi earlier on in the night. I swear there is no more biased announcers in the league the nesn announcers.
