LSU Kim Mulkey WIN over Arkansas postgame with Angel Reese and Flau’jae Johnson



LSU head women’s basketball coach Kim Mulkey had one of her all time greatest postgame press conferences after her Tigers beat Arkansas 79-76 to remain undefeated. Angel Reese and Flau-jae Johnson also appear.

    Why most coaches are white and most athletes are black. Doesn't make sense, if former black athletes to stupid to coach or do black people only obey a white master.

    They are beautiful young women. I enjoy watching them play very much. I told my wife that they play as a team. That’s about the highest compliment I can give them. I can’t wait till they face up with South Carolina, but as Coach Kim says you have to play one game at a time. Geaux Tigers!

    Great Coach, but has a cocky and arrogant attitude. She doesn’t need to correct a reporter (Jacques Doucet) about the use of the word war. War is used consistently in sports, by coaches for motivation, to explain a game for people watching and listening etc. I think the reporter knows what a war is, where two groups of people are going at one another, just like this game occurred.

    It is not war, war is real, this is a game. THANK YOU. I hate when people say we went war when they describe a 'game" More coaches need to call this out.

    the coach respects the game, therefore she respects the players, understands all college aged players are learning, make mistakes, but concentrates on their assests. she knows her reputation as a coach is dependent on the good talent of her players. players make a coach look good. once the Bagget sisters left McNeese both the coach and the program took a turn for the worse. this coach unerstands her skills and her limitations. players see that respect.

    Kim Mulkey face when Reese talks about the Rebound at the end OMG she cant hold thats bright smile you can tell how much she loves this girl no wonder pulled all stops to recruit with her
