6 is a bit low for me. 117 is a good section. Imo the rows 9-14 are the sweet spots where you can get a great view of the whole game.
I think you’ll really like the seats, though!

There isn’t a bad seat at the X – these are behind the visitors bench. You aren’t going to be able to see the action in front the of bench, it is obscured due to the angles and in the close corners it might be hard to see. You have that with all lower seats – they aren’t bad seats, I prefer above the glass between the blue lines (ideally club level). Closer to the glass does have a different feel.

I’ve never been to an NHL game. Her Dad was a Carolina fan till his passing and they went to a couple down there. I’m gonna have to spring for a couple Wild jerseys and a Carolina hat.

Well, I’m sure they’re great tickets, but single game tickets aren’t even on sale yet. So you probably bought from a season ticket holder and likely overpaid or they may not be legitimate. They likely are, but I’d be wary.
