It was loaded to the brim with games this weekend with Family Day and all, but man were we ever treated to some quality WHL hockey. Dylan Guenther simply keeps raising the bar with one of the nastiest performances of the year. The Kamloops Blazers honor Kyrell Sopotyk for the first time in front of a crowd after suffering a life-altering injury last year. And the Seattle Thunderbirds need to be checked out… I thought the Winterhawks were supposed to be invincible. That at and much more in this week’s edition of WHL WEEKLY.

Knazko might be paired with Svozil when they both join the Blue Jackets. I think that’s going to be a really solid pairing if it happens.
