[Ruff] The Canes, Centennial Authority, and NC State are set to hold a joint press conference tomorrow morning at PNC Arena “to make a historic announcement.” President & General Manager Don Waddell will represent the club.

   I assume that’s probably about upgrades to PNC. I’m not sure that’s really “historic” though.
