  1. Monty would be the most in demand and the one goalie you keep. Allen is a great locker room guy. DeSmith is the one out the door.

  2. I still feel Allen has a lot to give he's a veteran he has a good head on his shoulder I think twice

  3. Hughes is big on chemistry, and this being said the stability of keeping the current tandem together is a key element to stoking good chemistry.
oh and Gallagher is healthy too!

  4. I’m still not on the Lane train! A lot of promising guys from junior couldn’t bring that game to the NHL level and until he shows that he can dipsy doodle around bigger faster NHL caliber players, I’m on the fence! As far as goalies, I really don’t think it matter who we ship out. None are imo number one goalies anytime in the near future! If a team offered a 1st for Monty, I’d be all over it! We aren’t going to be a playoff team this year so to me, any of the 3 can play the starting role! Trade for the best value imo! We still need a future number one goalie or prospect like Wolf, Levi or Askarov! Monty isn’t the guy .

  5. You have to think more about the situation with waivers. If you don’t trade Desmith he gets grabbed for nothing on waivers. Allen was so bad last year there’s no trade there without retention (and we’d chew up another slot) so can’t see that. Last Monty isn’t going anywhere.
The strategy could be to waive both Primeau and Desmith on the same day with hopes one makes it through

  6. Another great shoemaker guys ! Allen as part of a package I'd say. On another note…I'm a little concerned that some teams in our division have " Gooned " up. Lucic. Reeves etc. Could be significant in putting some of our better players on the injured list.

  7. Jesse you honestly see anyone wanting Allen and Armia without us giving a giant sweetener
