    It appears that Danny B may already have a plan in place. I wouldn’t be surprised if a trade comes shortly after the Hockey Canada report is released. Or maybe they are aware that Hart may be implicated?

    Carter Hart if he sticks around this season they need to stop playing so many games in a row seems when he does he gets hurt . Petersen is the wildcard maybe they see how he plays in the Preseason and they see how he plays . I know he was a ok Goalie at one time maybe a new team and new Goalie coach helps him play better. They are rebuilding my thought was when they first Petersen he was going to be here to give Hart more breaks from being shelled if the defense is that bad. But that mny young Goalies in the system i don't know now how this will play out .

    Assuming Cart is free from the Canada report hoopla, I would not trade him for peanuts just bc some teams may perceive we have an oversupply in Goaltending… I would rather wait until the trade deadline as this time period garners the most value!!! IMO, I would not be comfortable trading him unless AT MINIMUM we receive a 1st rounder AND/OR a current roster player / mid-to-high-level prospect… Hart has decent value above just being an above-average goalie because he will still be a RFA after the season therefore whoever trades for him will be able to extend him as opposed to just being a 1/2 year rental…

    Don't forget there is still a chance we might see Fedotov if his KHL contract gets voided. Concerning the player who will make the team on opening night: Ersson, given the recent news.

    all signs point towards hart being implicated. peterson acquisition, ersson extension, fedotov arbitration. doesnt look good

    Ersson extension tells me that Flyers are hearing whispers on Hockey Canada Report that is due any day.

    Russ, I really like Quinton Byfield. I realize that he has been hurt part of the last 2 seasons. However, what would it take to bring him here on a trade? Would Carter Hart be enough?
