  1. We need Petry on the roster like we need a hangover. There's nothing positive about him taking ice time from a young gunn. He must be traded before he arrived in Montreal. A six-foot-three over 200-pound defenseman who consistently refuses to defend his goalie and is a gaffe machine when his feet don't move shouldn't set an example for youngsters.. Please M. Hughes use flipper an flip de guy…

  2. He's not staying. Habs have not even acknowledged his acquisition yet and they are nowhere near thinking about being competitive so soon so no… He won't stay buy with 50% retained, he might fetch a good draft pick which is a win

  3. The fact Hughes basically got his trade value for Matheson returned to hive as a gift because Pittsburgh decided to get a better shinier toy is amazing… Thanks Dubous from Toronto… you get Karlson for too long at too much while we get Petry for free to teach our kids to play like Weber did.

  4. what do you say at the end of each video?
I love your content, and have been wondering for MONTHS what is that phrase you mumble through?

  5. Petry and Allen will be traded the team now does not need them. They will not win the Stanley cup this year.

  6. I dream of Petry and DeSmith (or Primeau) to Nashville for Askarov…but even thought he and Mrs. Petry are Country Music fans…I suspect that Nashville is on his NTC list and they already have a backup Goalie and four RHD's…but they have a lot of dead money and plenty of upcoming UFA's this coming spring and could be open to picking up a bargain.

  7. I want him to make one more trip to Montreal so he can find Help to pull his foot out of his mouth

  8. Honestly, I think Petry is probably going to end up in Edmonton. I am not entirely sure what that trade could look like, but there is history with the Oilers as they are the team that drafted him in 06. Who knows for sure, just my thoughts.

  9. hopefully the giveaway king gets traded before the season starts….then there will be 2 teams paying him to not play for them

  10. You said physicality and Petry in the same sentence……that was funny 🤣

  11. Hey Lego, yes Petry was projecting half a point per game, but that doesn't take into account how horrible he was defensively. Pinching too aggressively, coming back too late, poor shift changes. The guy was a menace once he had decided he wanted out. I do not want to see him on our roster again.

  12. With family in Detroit and it appears family time is important to him, could he go to Detroit? It would mean moving a defenseman, as we got so many already. We have seven already signed, and 2 defenseman in the AHL seem ready to make the jump. Is there anyway that we can move Chiarot to make room for him. What would it cost to get him. So many variables. Is there any chance that Yzerman would be interested in him? What would it cost? and could we move Chiarot as part of the trade?

  13. I'm from montreal and honestly I think Molson and company ar starting to see the fans slowly away cause the last time we won a cup I was 11,in 40 now, rebuilding takes time and it's expensive to run an NhL team, im guessing they're gonna keep him cause they want to see playoff run

  14. My 2cents.. Petry didn’t wanted to play for Ducharme 🤷‍♂️ now at 50% retained 2.35M is a great value. I doubt he will play in Montréal but with an average/good season he could worth a 2nd round pick at the deadline 🤷‍♂️
