Hate to say it but: Oilers win this one.
That Flames jersey is hideous
I’m not going to lie, this jersey is not great, but at least they made an effort. The Oiler jersey is about 1% different from their regular jerseys. Maybe they’re hoping they’ll eventually win if they come in last?
The pedestal jersey is OK but I’d like to see a classic red blasty without it.
the red + pedestal + blasty design just makes me think of that one scene in the godfather
That angled slash makes me think of a Voyageur’s sashe (sic?)
I’m a Flames fan, never liked Blasty. When the design came out I thought it was done by a grade 8 art student as a one time event. It represents a time the Flames couldn’t make the playoffs because they couldn’t afford decent players.
