Rick Dhaliwal posted a few tidbits on the Vancouver Canucks on their plans going forward towards the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. It all starts with the interviewing process, and we now have an idea of who the Canucks are doing extended interviews with: Peyton Krebs, Alex Newhook, and Trevor Zegras.

I really like that we are openly prioritizing forward depth. Those are definitely 3 players I wanted Vancouver to hone in on. Also, Barzal is a great comparison for Newhook too!

Krebs just tore his achilles, but he’s STILL going to the Canucks to interview with them, you WANT that type of player on your team.

I still like Zegras as a Nuck
I can differently seen Kerbs and Newhook going at 10 but Zagras will be gone for sure.

Newhook has the dynamic that Benning likes but Krebs has the effort that Benning likes

I love Alek Newhook. I seen him play a few games an he Awesome. We could probably trade down a couple of spots & Draft him

I,d like to see all 3 in a canuck uniform, but realistically i would pick alex newhook, as i like what he offers as overall skill.

I think te Canucks should focus on finding young forwards to play with Patterson. You got a real good one there and if you can surround him with other young fast players I’m sure they will produce.

All three would be very good additions. Zegras, Krebs, Newhook in that order.

Let me know your thoughts brother, you also mentioned that you wanted Caulfield in one of your videos and he’s one that could potentially drop at 10. In light of this news, would you say that YOU would rather prefer the Nucks pick Caulfield over Zegras, Newhook or Krebs?
