I love this show. Having watch both games against Columbia I can understand what Sandra has to say. My take away is Mal Pugh no matter if she starts or comes in with 20 minutes to go she seems to know what her job is. She has ice in her veins. And she seems to know where every one is supposed to be. She makes the most out of her position.I would be worried if she wasn't on the team
I just want to see Vltako’s “tactics” shown on the field. I haven’t seen any real organization or plan. I think Sophia will be our best player in this tournament!

My question is, who is or who are the stud(s) on this team? Who do opponents fear? Just not seeing it now. Going in undefeated against whom? Australia was huge. Since then…dang do we miss the competitiveness of Ernst and Lloyd.
Completely agree with Sandra- the US is going to need to step it up a bit when they face more competitive teams.

Mallory Pugh and Sophia Smith are the best players on this team. Unfortunately, Macario hurt herself. It was a weird ACL injury because one usually needs help from two people to walk out of the pitch. However, Macario left the pitch as if nothing was wrong with her knee. Christen Press needed two people to help her to leave the field. Anyway.
