Can’t fault this. I love minor league sports and the bears have a deep history that goes way back.
When I think minor league sports I think young kids fighting to live a dream or old vets trying to hang on for one more shot at glory. It makes me want to root for them regardless of the parent organization.

Ever since I heard of the Hershey Bears when I was REALLY tiny I thought they were related to the chocolate company. While I am probably wrong as I have never taken the time to look into it, my sentiment still stands as their colors remind me of a delicious chocolate bar. I just know that they’re related to the Capitals and our fandom’s destinies are entwined.

I will say giant center is really nice. Went there for the CCF this year and it was a good time

Haha I was in Hershey for work during the first game of the Calder cup final and was thinking of going to the den in my Firebirds hoodie.

We went in June and when I checked the hours for the team store I learned the Bears were in the finals. Ended up going to game 3, it was fantastic.
