  1. The guy telling HERRO all that but forgetting 2 things

    1. You assume a defender is going to be that bad and go for that

    2. You assume a coach is going to want you doing all that.

    It all looks great with a guy who is there to rebound shots

  2. I’m goin thru an ankle injury and my explosiveness and shiftiness dropped, can’t wait to feel better

  3. I see people practicing this and I can think about is “innecesary energy expenditure”. You do not need so many dribbles to get by your defender. You are spending too much energy doing that and staying in the same place so the defender is not spending any energy.

  4. ….they get back to a stance where their hips are "open", then the change in direction can come from a skip to the opposite side

  5. Kids these days go 100miles per hour everytime, over dribble, try to be kyrie lol. You dont need to do that people. You risk injuring yourself by over exerting trying to be “shifty”. I can see ankle injuries all over this clip
