Feeling like only one of these guys are coming back.
Who is more valuable? Sway is a back up tender and Freddy is a 4th line goon.
That 4th line goon spot would be more recyclable to bring in some kids to maybe show case a future star.
The Ullmark deal leaves alot on the table to work with.
Great seeing Bessie! Btw, the terrible Mitchell Miller saga must be covered, so hopefully we, as a society as well as the Bruins, never let it happen again. Ridiculous of that guy last week criticizing you for including it in order to provide an overall, FACTUAL picture of this past season. It's like when racist assholes complain about history classes including information about Nazis & the holocaust, because they don't want to feel criticized for their own sh*tty beliefs/behavior.
Question for you Ian, do you know how going to arbitration has effected players who go through it in the past? How many players who go through arbitration stay with the teams they go through it with long term? Just curious if this hurts Boston's relationship with Swayman long term.
Ian, apologies if you've already covered trade options for the Center position.
But I'm wondering if the Bruins have a legitimate chance at getting and extending Elias Lindholm from the Flames.
I've heard that it would cost DeBrusk plus something else.
What are your thoughts?
I really like Jake as a player, but I do think that the Bruins should consider something like this. It would keep Zacha and Coyle as the 2-3C rather than push them up.
