NYR – Steven McDonald Extra Effort Award Is For The Angels on Ice.. Steven McDonald & Chris Reeve were stricken with crippling spinel cord damage from the neck down related to separate misfortunate accidents a policeman wounded in the line of duty and the Superman actor who was thrown from a horse and broke his neck and the one great thing they had in common was they were both huge NYR fans. As bad as it was for them they were a great example of never giving up on life and always having hope and determination to keep on living with love and dignity. As Ranger fan's we all shared the road to the Stanley Cup in 1994 with them. May They Both Rest In Peace. You Just Can't Help But Feel — Lets Go Rangers !!!!
