Yea I feel like Canucks drafted by need in one of the best offensive draft we’re gonna have in a while if the Swede doesn’t pan out it’s another Juolevi situation and if it works out then it’s fine but I think you should always draft best player available atleast I’ll be able to watch Detroit they stoleeeeeeeeeeeeee players
I liked Ottawa's picks, and they usually do well with those late picks. But I dont think we can call them losers. Saturday is when things come down to business.
I was so mad to see Benson dropping. Buffalo got the former Ice trifecta of Krebs, Savoie, and Benson. I love to see it.
Also really liked the Jayden Perron pick for Carolina. Not just because I agree that it has high potential to be a steal, but he also went to my high school a couple of years ago

Ottawa not making trades doesn’t make them losers. If they don’t have good offers for DeBrincat they’re not trading him they’d rather have him play for a year and walk then force a weak return.

Yeah I was disappointed not to draft a forward. But I've seen reinbacher and the kid has the potential to be really good. There is a reason he was 1 of the best d man let alone the best r d man available. Don't sleep on him pairing up with lane Hudson

If Michkov would’ve drop to the caps we would’ve been huge winners but Leonard’s a good pick to have and getting Cristall at 40 was a steal so caps did pretty well
As a leafs fan I love our pick getting Benjamin and Easton Philly and Cbj and the sharks had a great draft

As a Habs fan, I agree with your analysis re: Reinbacher. It’s simultaneously a safe play and also a gamble but ultimately we won’t know for a few years. Habs fans need to give the kid a chance and put some trust into Hughes. It could go either way, so in the meantime, support the team. Just my opinion.
Sad we didn’t get Mitchkov, love Ryan Leonard ,Tom Wilson 2.0 caps did very well, christal at 40??? How does he drop that far?
