Femke Bol has only lost two races since the end of 2019 – across all her events. The two races she’s lost were won by Sydney ML.
This is also the largest winning margin in the history of this event.
The previous was Sydney’s 50.68 (🥇) against Bol’s 52.27 (🥈)!
At 2:33 you say "and at 51.54" when the winning time was actually 51.45. Take a deep breath and dont do transpositions!

I said on here a week or so ago not to underestimate Bol. I'm firmly in camp Syd but this girl IS going to be a serious challenge to her for years.

Team U.S. is sending the wrong signal to the world. Ok, I understand that this year World championship is not keeping in the U.S as McLaughlin has set a world record in the U.S. I’ve seen that she’s running the flat 400m which she will not win anyway so what’s the point. Is she scared of being beaten. As I say I admire her very dearly but until she runs at least 51.68 out of the U.S. she’s leaving a lot of question signs about that new world record…..

I think Femke should just take it to Sydney and turn up in the 400 flat. Supposedly a 51.45 on the hurdles is better than a 48.74 on the flat (Sydneys SB.) If Sydney is dodging Femke, then Femke should just turn up. haha (not sure if that is possible or not lol)

Question: Hypothetical
If Femke Bol breaks Sydney's 400M hurdles record, does Sydney switch back to 400M hurdles from 400M to reclaim the WR? Is your answer the same if Sydney breaks the 400m record before or after Bol breaks 400M hurdle record?
Sydney or Femke two worldclass athletes. Like to see them compete on the 400m and 400H. Sydney maybe faster on the 400H Femke on the 400 flat…if I see the PB’s
We should keep in mind that Sydney only ran under 52s in 6 official races. And only 2 times was she faster than Femke. And both those times of 51.41s and 50.68s were last year within a month. I don't see why Femke could not have a similar progression towards the WC next month. I expect she will come very close, and if she has that perfect race she may even beat it. Such a shame that those two women don't race each other. I'd put my money on Femke this time. IAAF should change the rules. The top 4 or top 8 ranked athletes should automatically qualify for the semifinals. And not have to run series. This would allow Femke and Sydney to run both 400m and 400m hurdles during main events like WC and Olympics. Femke would love to, but with all the series and the bad planning it's not really feasible.
As good as Bol is at the 400m hurdles, she’s not beating 50.68. Bol would need to make up 6 metres on the time she just ran. She’s a legend of the sport, but once in a generation you get someone who just makes a mockery of an event, and that’s what McLaughlin has done with the 400m hurdles
TRP is a little fan boy of Femke Bol. Its funny, dude cant wait to drop a vid of her anytime she runs. I'm simply sitting around waiting for her to catch up to McLaughlin's time so Syndey can have a reason to come back a whip Femke again and put the WR into the stratosphere…again.

Femke Bol is the future of women's 400 meters hurdles. She is a phenomenal athlete.
There are only two other athletes that can compete with her we all know this if all of them run she gets silver at best
Femke Bol will be MILES ahead of everyone else in the world championships this year. (And the only two athletes I am sure they will win this year are Faith Kipyegon and her, unless they have injuries or scratch the race.)
No one has a shoutout to Anna Ryzhykova? Regardless of where she finished, it seems like she hasn't missed out a single 400mH diamond league race since 2021 and she seems to be the ONLY athlete who has had a 100% diamond league attendance over 2 years in all track events, at least.
