[Morgan] Per source, there is momentum toward Logan Cooley signing his ELC to play for the Coyotes this season. Cooley previously announced that he’d return to Minnesota for his sophomore season but he left the door open in this Q&A that I conducted with him.

Also the Coyotes being cryptic on twitter: [It’s sunny with a chance of 92 today. Don’t you love when it starts cooling down here?](https://twitter.com/ArizonaCoyotes/status/1684232130208096257)
This would be an unexpected but welcome surprise.

I’m split. I’m normally a fan of kids getting more out of college when there’s no urgency to help compete. I don’t think we’re competitive this season, we’re just not “intentionally bad” anymore.
On the other hand, Cooley’s probably ready and it’d be awesome to see him play.
I still feel numb from all these years of tanking and being shit. Wild to think we are getting BETTER. Atta boy GMBA.
Keller, Cooley, Gunther first line…. oh …my god…
He’s a great addition, that’s without a doubt. I will say that his original stated reason for wanting to go back to school is develop more to ensure he’s an impactful player shouldn’t be overlooked. There isn’t a rush for him to join the team this season, if he thinks his development would be better in college. With that, if he believes he’s truly ready and his development would be better with the coyotes, then more power to him.
My jump to conclusions response is there must be arena clarity lol
im going it cum
