Can we chill with the Bruce chants?? It's been 1 game. Can't believe how easily swooned and bipolar Canucks fans are. It's nice to get a win but jeeesh. We went from throwing jerseys on the ice to standing ovations in 48 hours. CHILL OUT PEOPLE!

Coach, Demmer and Garland!
What I liked: Canucks FINALLY skating with the puck, they're faster, and didn't get scored on first. Brock Boeser scores to end his goalless streak. Canucks are hungry for wins.
What I didn't like: Canucks tend to give up pucks more often than they should. Petey REALLY needs to rip the puck on the one-timers and he's been quiet in the 3rd period.
One other thing: Bruce, there it is! The team seems to have bought into BB's system very quickly. Also noticed Petey was taken off the PP in the last couple of attempts.
I am going to write this as i have been waiting for this for 5 years and i know no one else will likely have noticed or will comment on it, but it made all the difference in the world to the results. The team already has started to play Boudreau hockey. That is pressure the puck and pressure the points. They were much better on that front and they haven't even got close enough to pressuring the puck yet. The truth is you had too much positive energy to not enough as the Canucks got a boost from their new positive coach and a proper philosophy and the Kings were just tired from the back to back. Thumbs up to the Petey, Christmas, and Podz line, they were the best on the ice tonight. Thumbs up to the Brock star for his amazing pass to Milsy for the 97 mile an hour missile to the top corner, what a shot. Big thumbs up to Juho for a really good game and his first goal as a Canucklehead. Demko was his usual superstar self and full marks for the shutout. There is zero wrong with this group of players and they were really good. I can't wait till they all play the Boudreau system to perfection. I am going to really enjoy watching this team in the playoffs. I am not backing off my prediction. They haven't even come close to how good they are going to be, but for sure 4-0 is a damn good start. Congrats Bruce and Scotty for your debut win.

WOW !!!!, so disappointed in the Canucks tonight, why you ask? because the way they Disrespected Travis Green. They obviously hung him out to dry. If they played 1 game like this prior to Green being Fired we all would have been like there is a chance… but obviously, they wanted or needed a change and Green was the scape Goat. Sorry Canucks you have lost a lot of my respect for how you played this out. You can't tell me in 1 practice with a new coach they get everyone on board and play lights out and get a shout out? c'mon, seems fishy to me. Sorry Folks, don't plan the parade yet. the wheels will fall off until we get new Owners. Just my 2 cents…. Go Canucks go.
Funny nobody mentions Kings played the night before beating Oilers so perfect time to play them ,Canucks still give up far to many shots , Bruins ,Hurricanes will be better tests but still looking better .
