Oh, it's real – you cant fake spirometer tests when hooked up to a stationary bike. The neuro tracking is legit too. I recall watching the Leafs in the playoffs and I believe it was O'Rielly that they showed doing his pregame warmup and the other Leafs were laughing at him juggling balls against a wall. Well, juggling actually grows your brain because it increases the spatial white space and improves neural connections related to memory, focus, movement, and vision.

Le tableau du Athletic juste à le regarder on voit que c'est pas grand chose sinon une manipulation de chiffres, sans avoir lu l'article, on peut déduire que la 9e place du Canadien vient du fait qu'en faisant du ménage, on aura une meilleure fiche que l'an passé entre les buts contre vs les pour par dollar dépensé en salaire des joueurs.
