I have a ton of Wings autos and have seen even more and I can’t say anything there looks familiar. Based off the “Mr. Bill”, my assumption is this is a beer league thing or someone just scribbled on it with friends.

Pretty sure no one has worn 69 here, in fact going off of hockey reference only 2 players ever in the league have worn 69.
