The Pittsburgh Penguins made a couple of roster signings on Friday and they were peak Kyle Dubas moves. To start the show, Hunter dives into the two signings of Vinnie Hinostroza and Andreas Johnsson as Dubas brought in more depth players to compete for roster spots. Hunter starts by breaking down Hinostroza’s strengths and weaknesses before moving over to Johnsson. He discusses how he’s one heck of a playmaker and it showed during his time in New Jersey. He also has a history with Kyle Dubas, so that also played a factor in him signing. After that, he looks at what these moves mean for training camp as it has the potential to be extremely fascinating in September.
