It was a clear goal that changed the series. Refs missed it. Keefe didn’t challenge. Leafs were robbed. NHL wants American teams to win the Cup. Sports is rigged. Too obvious
No controversy here except for the brainless Leaf fans. Bob stopped the shot. The whistle blew. Then while getting up Bob kicked the puck across the line. No goal. No controversy. Go back to your lives citizens.

So, I don’t know if that goes in initially, it’s clear the puck goes under the pad near the bend in the pad/toe area and then bounces back and appears to be right at the front underside of the pad below the T or R in TRUE on his pad we can see that from the opposite team bench view we see later in the replay.
If you go back and watch the overhead knowing that the R never crosses the goal line the only part that does is the crook and toe of the pad there. So, based on where it ended up eventually from that back view across the ice and watching that spot from the overhead I don’t believe that puck ever goes in until he goes to stand up and it falls out of his pad to the blade of his skate and is clearly in there but that’s well beyond the end of play even if you can’t hear the whistle every ref knows the play is dead when they can’t see it so basically immediately after Bob settles into that kneel against the post the play is dead even if the whistle can’t be heard.
So, the only argument here is if it hadn’t bounced yet by the time is full pad/toe area crosses the line but from the overhead it bounced back toward the middle of the pad before Rielly’s stick got caught against the post which is exactly when the bulk of his pad is over the line.
All that said, even if it did go in immediately because you can’t see it cross the line completely in the initial scramble that should be no goal in any event. I don’t think it did anyways until well after the play was dead, Bobrovsky wouldn’t have even attempted to stand up if that play wasn’t blown dead by the Ref and so the I’m guessing he or his teammate asked the ref if play was dead before he risked getting up, so there’s 0% chance it should’ve counted because it crossed while dudes stick was behind his skate because play is dead for 4 or 5 seconds at that point for sure.
100% correct call. The puck crossed the line after the whistle. No goal.
I seriously dont get how this is controversial. No goal call on the ice. The only time its clear its over the line the play is dead. At no point in between there was there a clear shot of the puck over the line. You cant overturn it cause you think its there or should be there. The wildest thing ive seen was one of their last meetings when Murray made a glove save and you could see the entire puck through the mesh past the line.

Pushing brobrovskys pads into the net should’ve been interference if anything. He already had the puck pinned, stick pushes his skate into net. Last time I checked tackling a goalie into the net who has a puck pinned isn’t a goal either.
Morgan Riley forcibly pushed Brobrovskys skate pinning the puck into the net with his shot, should’ve been called interference on Toronto if we want to get picky. Leafs didn’t get cheated they just suck.
NO GOAL!!!….only shot of puck completely over the line is when Bob gets up and pushes it over the line himself…at no other time do you see the goal completely over the line…I've watched several videos/highlights on this "Blown" call…but not once does anyone include the photo of the puck 100% over the line (outside of when play is over and Bob gets up to knock it in himself).
In March 2023 Ottawa played Colorado. The Aves fired a puck at the Ottawa goal and it went under the goalie in a play that was exactly the same as the goal Morgan Rielly scored. Ottawa's goalie covered the puck and waited a reasonable amount of time and then a Colorado player poked it into the net. The whistle never blew (just like Rielly's goal) and the puck went across the line (just like Rielly's goal) but in this case the play was deemed live and the goal counted. It was the EXACT SAME THING. By that template the precedent had been set and the goal should have counted. Icing ruled against Toronto when Bob played the puck. Marner elbowed in the face and no call, plus Florida given a power play in OT of a series deciding game. Game #3 Leafs get ZERO power plays and are 0-9 in games officated by Wes MacAuley. In 2022 Leafs were 20 minutes from winning the series when MacAuley put them down 5-3; Tampa scores on the PP and wins the game.

That’s the first time I’ve ever not been able to see the puck from any angle that would tell you conclusively it was in or not….NO GOAL!!!
If that was the other way around and it was called a NO GOAL on Florida every single one of you Leaf fans would say that No Goal was the right call….but because it’s your leaf’s, it was the wrong call….get a grip….u guys weren’t coming back in the series anyway.
It might have passed the line or not, no one knows, even Bobrovski or any of the players/referees on the ice.. It will be mystery forever. The call was absolutely right, you have to be sure it crossed the line and that will never happen, so my fellow fans, stop bitching about it!

The blatant interference and holding of the stick of Jarnkrok on the OT goal pissed me off way more than this possible goal. The officiating across the Playoffs has been a disgrace.
All these different camera angles and still we are unsure. So that shows that no matter what you do to make the calls fair people are gonna be mad so get rid of the damn replays and just play the damn game mistaken calls and all.
There's no controversy…there is no goal. Play was long dead before there was any hint that the puck might have been over the net. The only reason this is even a thing is because of how the leaf player reacted initially (thought he scored). Had it not been for that, nobody would have even cared. It wasn't the leafs year….move on.

As a leafs fan this is too close to call and it doesnt matter anyways. What does matter is they didnt find a way to push through adversity and find the wins. Also, if they werent complete garbage the first 3 games the margin of error wouldnt be down to a goal. If this was a hard fought game 7 series i can understand the hurt a bit more. But the hard truth is we didnt earn the lucky bounces and the calls in our favor this series. Florida was the better team and management has to find a way to build this team to where they will be playoff ready. Sad but true.
I didn't read any comments here about how the goal scored by Brayden Point in a 1st round game that was blown dead when puck was clearly not controlled and sliding in front of goalie that was blown dead in game leafs ultimately won was a bad call…so quit crying

This is the BEST replay and shows the puck did curl around the right pad of Panthers goalie after being reflected by the goalies blocker and it did cross over the red line & pulled back with the goalies back of right skate!! Just so you all know I am not a Leaf's fan!! I watched their last cup win of the cup in 1967 & from that point on I just got pissed at the Leaf's letting all its fans down after 1967. In all honesty you got, got to see it was a clear cut goal!!🌚🌚🌚🌚🌚
