Looks like Zadina will end up on an AHL roster, either with Detroit or another team–A new Hockey Canada CEO is a good restart for the organization, which really needs to reshape its public image. All we know about Vlad Tarasenko at the moment is that he won't be going back to STL; me, I hope he goes to Ottawa.
Sens are "on the clock" re: playoffs….they have some decent young talent plus a good goalie now on the roster and a functional "D"…. it's time to step up and earn a playoff spot.

When I heard Zadina got 1.8M for 2 years, I first thought the 1.8M was the total for the 2 years, not per year. Bad contract, Yzerman does have his gaffes like everyone else. Cost of playing hockey is beyond ridiculous. The Feds have to step in and give a very good and substancial tax credit or grant to those who need it badly. The current small tax credit is a joke.
