Looked like Mark Wahlberg
Homeboy needs to go jogging shiiiit he’s gassed
I want those machines!
Great stuff. Super nostalgic too. Subscribed. Thank You
I'm surprised Mentzer didn't tell him to slow down his reps. Or is that a later ideology of theirs?
We have come so far. 😂😅😂
Nautilus was the best!!!!
Really like Mike's approach to training it's interesting just started watching videos on him is there any books you would recommend that actually have training routine s ect because some of these bodybuilding routines like Arnold's just take to long for the average person when having commitments like work and family could just about get the powerlifting side done in time
Bother looks like he wasn't on the juice here in this workout.
Ray, Mike, and Boyer. If your train properly you too can achieve their awesome hair. Not sure if Boyer’s was natty though.
500th like lets go. There’s a similar set up at every planet fitness. Its right in front of everyones eyes and no one can see the gold sitting there 🤦🏾♂️
Back when bodybuilders looked liked human beings..
As a 12-13 year old, I read muscle builder & loved Mike , frank Zane , Casey ,& Franco & Arnold .,
Followed all there advice & routines .. they never mentioned that they were All drugged up with steroids ..
Terriable examples !!
Just train natural , all the bullshit they preached (just left out all the drugs they consumed))).. lift weights , get a good build !!.. bullshit druggies .. that’s why they all had bad hearts & die so young 🤦
0:05 is that the jacked Saul Goodman
Well look a nautilus commercial. I promise you one thing the machines didn’t build them.
Boyer Coe stated many times that he couldn't put on any significant weight using this routine as demanded by Arthur Jones. It wasn't until he added more volume and slowed down between sets that he was able to regain lost size.
Wish I could go back in time and try out some of this equipment 😎
Strange Mike didn’t advocate the 5 seconds up and five second down at this point in his career
Not impressed with Boyers physique. He must’ve been off his steroid cycle.
I think Boyer Coe’s hair piece is amazing
Coe before roids
Laterals, palms-up/front delts. how about adding knuckles-up/side delts, & edge-hand-up/rear delts?
Anyone try the peck-deck w/1 arm? You can twist away from extension & toward contraction, for a crazy ROM.
Boyer was off the gear during that video.
I'm confused I thought he said 10 reps per set????
Mike Mentzer reminds me of Ned Flanders from the Simpsons.
Here I see Boyer using momentum which in Mike’s later teachings he says no to outside forces
Boyer trains like an amateur.
Little did they know that ''shredded'' was the future… @3:57
Ray had fantastic legs… Look him up..
That lying Pec Fly machine is amazing. I wish I could a gym with one of these.
I would love to try those old school machines
It's hilarious it made Boyer get smaller Ha ha . Talk about crashing off the steroids.
Who else feel their ears weird when they turn their phones while watching the video
Boyer's toupee looks particularly unconvincing here.
These machines seem extremely efficient and effective quicker then most machines at fatiguing the muscle
They're not training Coe properly, as the postive and negative part of each repetition, especially the negative part, is performed way too fast.
If your 60 like me ..get up early to watch this like 5:30 back in the day.
Boyer completely off the gear, looks like a normal gym rat.
That's pretty cool.. I remember watching these videos on YouTube many years ago.. It wad nice to come across them again..
God seeing those old machines just takes you back
knee joint lock is scary 8:40
That Nautilus pullover machine was so awesome. As was that duo squat. Curious if they still make those? Theres no way anyone could improve upon that old pullover machine
Nautilus machines are by far the best. I don't understand why they are not the norm in gyms in general.
Mike mentzer looks like a serial killer
Boyer looks Nattie here but his attitude is not
Ray looks jacked here
That chest machine looks fantastic!!! Why are they not available in gyms anymore?
Boyer must’ve been off everything lol.
