    Austin Watson upgrade! I like this move, other teams in our division added some enforcers so it makes sense we do the same, so Brady can spend a bit less time in the box and a bit more time scoring

    I am glad we got Zack MacEwen. That was a good pick up. 100%. He is a power forward and can score if the right players are around him.

    Personally, I would've preferred Watson as he would play effectively on penalty kill. I think he would have wanted it a bit more money but maybe the term would've changed his mind

    Anyone with half a brain knew that the Sens were going to bring in an enforcer. There's always a give and take, Sens get league minimum salary and MacEwen gets 3 years. I think it's a great move. Also I'm with Pillzy, in that DJ will play him over 60 games because a guy like Parker Kelly shouldn't be in the lineup every night either and I doubt they'll sit both 4th line wingers at the same time.

    Loves it by’s!! U couldn’t brought me in as a scrapper just for the sake of a fight lol no by I’m proud we got zack but remember he’s from pei not the rock so he might be throwing potatoes instead of rocks but let’s hope we have a good year!! Let’s f ing go sens!!

    MacEwen will make less in 3 years than Watson would have made in 2 years (had the Sens made the decision to keep Watson rather than go the MacEwen route).

    I'm putting on the tinfoil hat here. I think they paid Branny the Twitter special so that they can waive him and not lose him when Kleven forces his way into the lineup. Branny would be the odd man out because he is a top 4 D playing a bottom 6 role.
