I forget, is Berard one of the guys who can play both sides? Because if he’s only a lefty…

by this, does he mean getting traded out, scoring a winner against us in the regular season, and winning a cup with some other team?

Do we add Berard to the list of prospects we are excited about or is it too early? Asking for a friend. 😂

I’m glad to hear him doing well but he also sounds WAYYYYY too raw to even be remotely considered a role with the Rangers. He’s not a franchise defining pick like Kreider was.
The guy is only 4 months removed from Providence and barely spent time in Hartford. He needs to get used to professional hockey and the increased game speed from college.
We’ve all become so spoiled with Laffy/Chytl/Kakko/Miller/Fox/Schneider that the fact is Beard waiting almost TWO years to where he’d be a 22 year old rookie isn’t outlandish.
