  1. a great story. reality is nhL is tough…. tough to get any goals. got 2 w Dallas Reg season & 3 in Playoffs… minus 6 and minus 3. Can add grit even at 5'8" – could score 20 goals. Does add to the identity Treliving is trying to build. Likely will play hard

  2. I would love to see Max Domi go absolutely hogwild and have the best career year of his life betting on himself and going into free agency then again next year when the cap expands, I can honestly see if that happens the leafs would offer him a multiyear deal but Way to go young man bet on yourself that heavily and I hope you get the deal that you deserve. I loved your dad playing for the leafs. I would love to see you playing for the next 56 years for the leafs as well, tenacity, fortitude, determination, and willingness to work.

  3. Young man you remind me of me, and I wasn’t the pugilist like your dad was nor like you, but I share the same belief in you do whatever it takes for the team to win. If that means you block a shot you pinch the guy in the corner you do what ever you’re hired a 280 foot or 320 foot skater. You go forward to attack and backward to defend and you must be in your position and I know you know that I have watched you and I hope you do well.

  4. Welcome home Max, loved watching your Dad play in Toronto as a kid growing up. Can’t wait to see you play for the Buds!

    Go Leafs Go!!! 👊

  5. Ok I'm excited, but I think it's important to point out that Mike Foligno also played for Toronto and look how Nick Foligno turned out for us.

  6. Wow!
Finally, a player who wants to play for the crest on the front of the jersey as opposed to the nameplate on the back. It's what is missing in hockey, not just the Leafs. I'm very interested in how things go this year contractually with others. There are a few guys who need to decide what side of the jersey they want to play for. I'm 53, and I would have played for less (if I had the talent) to represent this team.
I hope this GM, and some of the acquisitions this team has made can push that forward.
    Money can't buy happiness.

  7. Max will be a modern-day Darcy Tucker. I can't wait yo see him in blue & white..GO LEAFS

  8. PASSION!!!

Watched all the pressers of the other new guys, and I made sure to play this last, since this one is very special. Thank you, Brad, for bringing this man home.

  9. When you played for the knights you were nice to my son and I at the meet and greets…welcome back to ontario and the blue and white

  10. I guess we'll see if Toronto is the last stop.. Phoenix, Montreal, Columbus, Chicago,Dallas… I'm happy for Max I'm A big fan

  11. Max Domi : I AM NOT MY FATHER, I CANNOT FIGHT, SKEET AROUND, I SCORE (1) goal, this is good enough for the leafs.

  12. Watched your pops play in Ptbo . One year he was asked not to fight in playoffs, he scored a bunch of goals man, i am hoping you do too

  13. Seriously, how many teams has he played for…a bonafide talent…guys, please reset, we are searching for bottoms basement plaers due to the cap…thank our previous GM to spend half the cap on 4 players…

  14. It would've been a shame if Max went his whole career without playing for the Buds . Welcome home Max…Let's Go!!

  15. I'm really happy how Max refrained from getting caught up in the schnaggins and really keyed in on focusing on contributing to the team through his specialized skill set. I feel Max Career will take off with the Leafs cause he's a game changer. Loves playing under pressure. He might be the mentor this team needs to help other guy's bring out the best in them. Well done Max. Really happy you're a Maple Leafs. Congratulations 🎉 🏆

  16. I remember when he played for Montreal and said the Hab fan base was the best and the environment and support was 10 times better than Toronto ?
Like his dad, a suck up and brown noser.
