Zegras is a great young player. Trouble is he knows it and is seemingly becoming full of himself. It's going to bite him in the butt before too long. With Eakins now fired, maybe the next coach can rein Zegras in and tell him he's too important to the Ducks and to quit this silly shenanigans he likes to do to show everybody that, Hey, I'm Trevor Zegras, I'm a star.

I am a huge Ducks fan and I CAN’T STAND TREVOR ZEGRAS. He two handed Philip Daneault and then skated away like the turd he is. His tantrums are not surprising in that game because hopefully the ducks pick 1 or 2 getting Bedard or Fantilli. Both superior players. Zegras is in for a rude awakening when he finds out he’s not getting the money he thinks he is this summer. He is the most annoying player in the NHL.
Coming from someone who spent most of his playing days being restrained by a ref, I agree with the ejection completely. Linesman are in trying to break this up, not to mention with 4:35 left of a pointless game, and Trev continues to push FROM OUTSIDE THE PILE. He knocks over an off-balance, preoccupied linesman, trying to keep the shit going with his man. That’s technically abuse of an official, and there’s no reason for it. Especially not in the final 5 minutes of an 82nd game in the western conference.
Any hockey player has been angry enough at some point in time to have smashed their stick against something don’t act like half of you haven’t done this and are bashing Z for it

Zebras was pushed from behind because he slashed the other player in the corner and of course Zebras had a temper tantrum, all new hockey players are entitled rich kids.
