Elliotte Friedman: Buffalo prospect Jack Quinn had successful surgery last night to repair an Achilles tendon injury suffered this week during training. The talented forward is expected to make a full recovery (timeline tends to be 4-6 months), but will miss at least the start of next season.

Damn. They’re already regressing on their insanely good injury luck for forwards from last season.

Honestly 4-6 months for an achilles injury isn’t too bad all things considered. That’s usually at least a year

I’m sure there was a reason, but why would they do this a full 2 months after the season ended…

Edit: I’m an idiot, missed suffered this week
