    Let's just make sure we keep Swayman and Ullmark. This cap room makes that more likely. Bertuzzi would be a nice to have, but let's also remember we'd love to have Bergy and/or Krejci back for one more year. And Alec Regula is a really solid young D in return as well… Nice deal by Sweens.

    Hawks have so much cap space that they needed to do a deal like this. Only a 2 year deal, so he'll be off the books when Hawks are ready to compete again. And it won't be the last one they make. They still have almost $30 million left in cap money.
