This process is fascinating! Does anyone know if this entire process have to be repeated for each game? For some reason, I thought the floor was in sections so they can change out for the Pistons floor. Deeply appreciate the "Crew's" hard work.
I am genuinely surprised they still hand paint the logos. I would have expected, in this day and age, that everything would be a mass produced decal that is laid upon the ice. Little attentions to detail and personal touches like this remind me why I love this franchise (not that I'm saying I need the reminder).
Thank you to the crew for all that you do. And thank you Mr. Sobotka for your continued commitment to the city of Detroit and the Wings organization. I want a statue of Al when it’s all said and done.
