   Scott Sabourin getting KOd and carted off the ice is the worst Sens related one in recent memory. They didn't postpone that game. But when it's heart related the NHL does postpone games, other injuries no one seems to care.

   Guys, love the show but you have to somehow stop talking over each other. There’s room for everybody and their opinion.

   I believe that in order to be a serious contender you need to have a good top 6, a good bottom 6, a good D core and a good goaltender. If you mismanage your cap as teams like TO have done you will be continually disappointed.

   That's $75,780,714 and I didn't even count Zaitsev

   Projected cap for 2023-2024 is $83,500,000

   That leaves a little under $8,000,000 to sign a number 1 goalie, a top 4RD, 2 third pairing D, and 4 bottom 6 players that can contribute on the scoreboard.

   If you hold off on signing Sanderson for a year that leaves you $15,000,000 to sign all those guys and you probably pay more for Sanderson when you do sign him. That's less than $2,000,000 for each of those 8 players you need to sign one of which is supposed to be a starting goalie and another a top 4RD.

   That's what I mean when I say you just simply can not sign DeBrincat if you want to be a legitimate contender. You need balance throughout the roster or you will find yourself challenging for a wild card spot every year rather than challenging for the Cup every year.

   I think team USA is deeper, has better defence, and has better goaltending. Although Milic was amazing against the Slovaks. But it’s so hard to bet against team Canada. Especially when you got Bedard on your team.

   I think the lineups gonna look quite a bit different than Yorkies prediction. One of Noris or Pinto will be moved unless they don’t resign Debrincat. One of DeBrincat, Noris, or Pinto will be traded. Pinto will want opportunity in the top six and to be paid as such creating the dilemma. Perhaps moving Pinto now for Chychrun is wise. Grieg will not be a 4th liner, Motte will be gone, Ostapchuk I believe will find a spot as well down the road with Grieg and Boucher. I guess Grieg and Joesph could be moved as well… Point being I don’t think it’s going to look anything like their prediction. Defence should be Sanderson Zub

   Branny Rodger
   Nordberg, Hamara, Romeo, Guenette… I think we could see a guy like Chychrun acquired as well. Don’t think the goalie issue is as bad as you guys are making it out we have two capable goalies right now Forsberg and Sogard are likely the future but we have plenty of prospects in this team is talented and on the rise, there will be no issue getting a goalie if they need to IMO

   Wally complaining about "lip service" quotes, well, as someone thats in the media, you should know, and see all these mundane questions. What do you expect him to say, when hes asked the same question day in and day out, every friggen day?
