Mike is a mid range fighter with phenomenal hand speed .Mike found it tough to fight many sharp counter punchers .Had Mike developed his peek a boo & defense better he would have had a better chance against Holyfield ,Douglas Buster ,etc,. Very poor training ,partying ,alcoholism just before a fight was the reason for his losses in second half of his career. Moreover firing Rooney was absolutely stupid by Tyson & karma catches up. Mikey is very talented for sure
When I was young like a young boy or teenager I found my Mike Tyson so interesting. I watched many of his fights. Most all the fights I watched were real fast Mike Tyson would hit somebody or counter hit him so hard they fall down to a count of 10 he would get the knockout. Watched a lot of documentaries also the one documentary Tyson told the story of Mike Tyson that was scared in the ring. But he used his fear to his advantage. When he was going down that ring he acted like he was a madman that needed a straitjacket by the way someone told him that he got angry. So he used a sphere of act like he wasn't scared it was a psychic psyche thing. Most of his opponents were so scared of him he won the fight before the bell would ring. He's a Hall of Fame boxer cuz he got inducted years ago and I think he's one of the greats whoever step in the ring and fight
