Congrats to Mike Vernon who despite getting owned by daddy Gretzky and the alberta oilers in the 1983, 1984 1988, and 1991 battle of Alberta championships for making the hall of fame. Something Miikka kiprustrash and Marksbum can’t do. Vernon is cowtown’s goalie. Too bad the lames only won one cup and one battle of Alberta championship that was stolen from us in 1986

Loved watching him play for Calgary and was happy when my Wings acquired him. Congrats Vernon, you deserve it.
