Well, I hope the Habs will consider this when and if Suzuki and or Cole continue with the team after their contract terminates.

I think it’s risky. It may change the chemistry on the team and if we regret this, it will be both a costly and painful lesson. Better to take the safe root and develop the assets we currently have, and then when the time is right we strike. For now it’s too early in the development stage of all our younger talented players to truly see what they can bring to the team, the way a Pinard, as a good example, has shown up to now.
