This was one of the best series of these First Round series from the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Edmonton Oilers and Los Angeles Kings duke it out for 6 games, with a rollercoaster of emotion for both fan bases.
With the score tied and just over 3 minutes left in regulation, Kailer Yamamoto flings a weak shot towards the LA goal. With a ton of traffic in front, the goaltender could not pick it up.
The Edmonton Oilers advance to the Second Round and will play the Vegas Golden Knights. That should be a great series as well.
