Basically paying for his house move, because if he’s healthy enough to get that 15K, he’s gone.
We’re not trading him at the deadline Pierre. We’re gonna be in a heated battle for a playoff spot!
Thats a great deal for both parties. Monahan, if healthy, will play big minutes on the top lines and on the PP. He could buy himself a multiple seasons contract if he can play and produce enough to make a tram commit on him. Everybody knows he wont be in Montreal in 2025, if he have a value at the deadline, he will be traded.
